Adicionar 21 ml <strong>de</strong> H2SO4 conc e misturar bem<<strong>br</strong> />

Separadamente, dissolver 3 g <strong>de</strong> arseniato dissódico (Na2HASO4. 7H2O) em 25 ml<<strong>br</strong> />

<strong>de</strong> H2O <strong>de</strong>stilada. Juntar essa sol. à primeira e agitar. Colocar a mistura em banho<<strong>br</strong> />

Maria regulado a 56oC por 25 min. Guardar em frasco âmbar (escuro)<<strong>br</strong> />

Solução padrão <strong>de</strong> glicose: (sugestão 1g/1000ml --- retira 100ml/1000ml.)<<strong>br</strong> />

Pesar 100mg <strong>de</strong> glicose pura e diluir para 1000 ml com H2O <strong>de</strong>stilada<<strong>br</strong> />

Cada 1ml da solução contém 100 µg <strong>de</strong> glicose<<strong>br</strong> />

5 - AMIDO<<strong>br</strong> />

Procedimento<<strong>br</strong> />

- Pesar 5 g <strong>de</strong> amostra e transferir para erlenmyer <strong>de</strong> 500 ml com auxílio <strong>de</strong> 150<<strong>br</strong> />

ml <strong>de</strong> água <strong>de</strong>stilada.<<strong>br</strong> />

- Agitar por 15 min.<<strong>br</strong> />

- Filtrar em papel <strong>de</strong> filtro, lavando com ± 500 ml <strong>de</strong> água <strong>de</strong>stilada e dispensar o<<strong>br</strong> />

filtrado<<strong>br</strong> />

- Furar o papel <strong>de</strong> filtro com um bastão <strong>de</strong> vidro e recolher a amostra em um<<strong>br</strong> />

erlenmyer <strong>de</strong> 500 ml com ± 150 ml <strong>de</strong> água.<<strong>br</strong> />

- Adicionar 10 ml <strong>de</strong> HCL concentrado a amostra<<strong>br</strong> />

- Tampar com con<strong>de</strong>nsador <strong>de</strong> refluxo e levar ao banho maria fervente por 50 min.<<strong>br</strong> />

- Esfriar neutralizar com NaOH concentrado ± 10 ml, completar o volume par 500<<strong>br</strong> />

ml e filtrar<<strong>br</strong> />
