Cálculo:<<strong>br</strong> />

AT = N * V * 0,64<<strong>br</strong> />

AT = aci<strong>de</strong>z titulável (g <strong>de</strong> ácido cítrico / 100 ml <strong>de</strong> refrigerante)<<strong>br</strong> />

N = normalida<strong>de</strong> da solução <strong>de</strong> NaOH a 0,1N<<strong>br</strong> />

V = volume gasto da solução <strong>de</strong> NaOH em ml<<strong>br</strong> />

Obs: Em refrigerantes tipo cola o cálculo po<strong>de</strong> ser feito em função do ácido<<strong>br</strong> />

fosfórico (na fórmula substituir 0,64 por 0,98)<<strong>br</strong> />

1- 2- CERVEJA<<strong>br</strong> />

• Pipetar 10ml <strong>de</strong> amostra <strong>de</strong> cerveja <strong>de</strong>scarbonatada em erlenmeyer <strong>de</strong> 250ml;<<strong>br</strong> />

• Adicionar 50ml <strong>de</strong> água <strong>de</strong>stilada<<strong>br</strong> />

• Aquecer a mistura até o início <strong>de</strong> fervura e resfriar imediatamente em água<<strong>br</strong> />

corrente;<<strong>br</strong> />

• Pingar 2 a 3 gotas <strong>de</strong> fenolftaleína (1%);<<strong>br</strong> />

• Titular com solução <strong>de</strong> NaOH 0,1N, até a viragem da cor.<<strong>br</strong> />

On<strong>de</strong>:<<strong>br</strong> />

AT = aci<strong>de</strong>z total (g <strong>de</strong> ácido láctico / 100 ml <strong>de</strong> cerveja)<<strong>br</strong> />

N = normalida<strong>de</strong> da solução <strong>de</strong> NaOH a 0,1N<<strong>br</strong> />

V = volume gasto da solução <strong>de</strong> NaOH em ml<<strong>br</strong> />

1- 3 - VINHO<<strong>br</strong> />

• Pipetar 10ml <strong>de</strong> vinho num elenmeyer <strong>de</strong> 250ml, adicionar 50ml <strong>de</strong> água<<strong>br</strong> />

<strong>de</strong>stilada e 2 gotas <strong>de</strong> fenolftaleína a 1%;<<strong>br</strong> />

• Titular a mistura com solução <strong>de</strong> NaOH 0,1N até a viragem da cor;<<strong>br</strong> />

AT = N * V * 0,75<<strong>br</strong> />
