Io<strong>de</strong>to <strong>de</strong> potássio .......................2g<<strong>br</strong> />

Água <strong>de</strong>stilada .............................50 ml<<strong>br</strong> />

• Transferir 10 ml da amostra <strong>de</strong> mel para um becker <strong>de</strong> 50 ml.<<strong>br</strong> />

• Adicionar 10 ml <strong>de</strong> água <strong>de</strong>stilada e agitar<<strong>br</strong> />

• Adicionar 1 ml da solução <strong>de</strong> Lugol e agitar.<<strong>br</strong> />

• Observar a coloração<<strong>br</strong> />

Presença <strong>de</strong> glicose comercial = Cor vermelha ou violeta<<strong>br</strong> />

1 - DETERMINAÇÃO DE ACIDEZ TITULÁVEL<<strong>br</strong> />

1 –1 - REFRIGERANTES<<strong>br</strong> />

• Pipetar 10 ml <strong>de</strong> amostra <strong>de</strong> refrigerante <strong>de</strong>scarbonatado em erlenmeyer <strong>de</strong><<strong>br</strong> />

250 ml;<<strong>br</strong> />

• Adicionar 100ml <strong>de</strong> água <strong>de</strong>stilada;<<strong>br</strong> />

• Aquecer a mistura até o início <strong>de</strong> fervura e resfriar imediatamente em água<<strong>br</strong> />

corrente;<<strong>br</strong> />

• Pingar 2 a 3 gotas <strong>de</strong> fenolftaleína (1%);<<strong>br</strong> />

• Titular com solução <strong>de</strong> NaOH 0,1N, até a viragem da cor.<<strong>br</strong> />
