This paper engages in the analysis of Declaratory<br />
Statute 123/2006 – The National Statute of Micro<br />
and Small Enterprises –, notably regarding the notion<br />
of micro and small economic activities, as well as the<br />
extent of the abov<strong>em</strong>entioned law to micro and small<br />
business activities.<br />
