BALDEIO
Em Ponte Alta do Norte (SC), está localizada a empresa
Geo Forest Florestal que comercializa toras para laminação,
serraria e processos. O volume médio mensal é de 35 mil t.
Deste total, é obtido por colheita própria em torno de 20 mil
t e 15 mil é adquirido de outras empresas.
Operando em área levemente ondulada há pouco mais
de três meses, o Forwarder 875 mostrou baixo consumo de
combustível. “Ele possui tamanho ideal para minha empresa
que faz tanto corte raso quanto desbastes. Escolhemos a
marca devido a assistência técnica aqui na região e disponibilidade
de peças”, esclarece o diretor, Kaue Vargas das
Neves.
De acordo com ele, a produtividade do equipamento
está em torno de 40 t de madeira carregada por hora, e o
consumo é 13 l/h de combustível, em média. “Mas varia
muito com distância de baldeio e relevo.”
Trabalhando com um turno, e com duas horas extras por
dia, a disponibilidade mecânica do forwarder é 95%. “Tivemos
apenas uma parada para revisão nestes três meses de
atividade”, completa.

operation and 15 thousand mt is purchased from other
companies.

assistance here in the region and availability of spare parts”,
explains Kaue Vargas das Neves, Company Director.
