professionals must have the opportunity to purchase and try out new
technology, including different Apps and programs, in order to evaluate if
and how those can be of use to the persons with disabilities, whom they
provide service to. Moreover, responsible units need to establish and
develop routines for exchanging professional experience and between
themselves communicate knowledge gained concerning opportunities and
limitations of new products.
