ÖZEL MAKİNALAR<br />
Seri üretilen Monforts makinelerinde standardizasyon<br />
olsa da, Montex, müşterilerin özel ihtiyaçlarına<br />
göre, özel tasarımlı özel makineler üretmeye<br />
giderek daha fazla önem vermektedir.<br />
Gert, “Tüm yönleri ile kanıtlanmış bileşenlerin ve<br />
dikkatlice test edilmiş özel yapıların en iyi kombinasyonunu<br />
hedefliyoruz. Son günlerde, sekiz<br />
hafta içinde bir müşteriye komple bir sonlandırma<br />
hattı teslim ettiğimz son derece büyük projeleri<br />
hayata geçirmiş bulunuyoruz. 320 derecelik<br />
bir sıcaklık odasına sahip zorlu bir germe-kurutma<br />
makinesinin tecrübe ile sabit tasarımından<br />
son derece memnun kaldık. Şu anda 5.6 metre<br />
çalışma genişliğine sahip makineler üretiyoruz<br />
ve istenirse yedi metre genişliğe sahip makineler<br />
de üretebilecek kapasitedeyiz,” dedi.<br />
Endüstriye adeta bir standart getirmiş olan<br />
Montex ramözler, kayışlı kurutucular, Thermex<br />
boyama hatları ve Monfortex / Toptex sıkıştırmalı<br />
çektirme makinelerinin yanı sıra Matex padderlar<br />
ve Eco Aplikatör minimal kaplama üniteleri<br />
de dahil olmak üzere Monforts’un çekirdek<br />
makine yelpazesi, Timatec’in satın alınmasıyla<br />
önemli ölçüde genişletilmiştir. Ve bu makine<br />
yelpazesi, 2015 yılında tekstil özelinde neredeyse<br />
tüm uygulamalar için eksiksiz bir kaplama<br />
ünitesi portföyü içerecek şekilde organize<br />
edilmiştir. Akabinde bunlar daha da geliştirilmiş<br />
ve Monforts’un elektriksel plc kontrol standartlarına<br />
uyarlanmıştır. Ve şimdi Monforts texCoat ve<br />
Allround üniteleri olarak sistemde mevcut hale<br />
gelmiştir. Gert, Montex’de iş gücü ile ilgili olarak<br />
sadakat ve memnuniyetin son derece önemli<br />
olduğunu vurgulayarak, “İşimiz şu anda çok iyi<br />
gidiyor ve ITMA 2019 yaklaşırken, orada da bizi<br />
daha da ileriye taşıyacak olan yeni zorlukları<br />
karşılamaya ziyadesi ile hazırız” dedi.<br />
GELİŞMİŞ EĞİTİM<br />
Gert, “Avusturya Montex’in kuruluşundan bu<br />
yana bu alanda çalışan arkadaşlarımız var.<br />
Ancak teknik bilgimizi aktarmak ve müşterilerimizin<br />
Monforts sistemlerinden bekledikleri yüksek<br />
standardı sağlamak için çırak ve kalfalarımızı aynı<br />
anda eğitebilmek çok önemlidir. Zira ancak bu<br />
şekilde ileri seviyelere ulaşmak mümkün olacaktır.<br />
Burada Avrupa’nın kalbinde olmanın en önemli<br />
avantajlarından biri de dünyanın en iyi eğitim<br />
sistemlerinden sayılabilecek ‘Pratikle Birleştiren<br />
Eğitim Sistemidir’. Bu sistem meslek okullarının<br />
vermiş oldukları teorik eğitimin hem kendi atölyelerinde<br />
hem de şirketlerde uygulamalı eğitimlerle<br />
birleştirilmesidir. Kendi yapımızda da personel<br />
yeni beceriler geliştirmek için düzenli olarak eğitim<br />
görmekte ve aynı zamanda herkes üretimin<br />
her aşamasında yer almaktadır. Bu eğitim onları<br />
çoklu görev için hazır hale getirmektedir. Bu bize<br />
esneklik ve güç kazandırmaktadır,“ dedi.<br />

needs of the customers. “We aim for the best<br />
combination of already-proven components<br />
and carefully-tested special constructions,” says<br />
Gert. “We are able to handle extremely large<br />
projects, having recently shipped a complete finishing<br />
line to one customer within eight weeks,<br />
and we were particularly pleased with our proven<br />
design of a challenging stenter frame with<br />
a 320-degree temperature chamber. We are<br />
currently manufacturing machines with working<br />
widths of 5.6 metres and we can produce those<br />
with widths of up to seven metres, if requested.”<br />
The core Monforts machine range, including<br />
the industry standard Montex stenters, along<br />
with relaxation dryers, Thermex dyeing ranges<br />
and Monfortex/Toptex compressive shrinking<br />
ranges as well as Matex padders and Eco<br />
Applicator minimal coating units, has been<br />
significantly expanded with the acquisition of<br />
Timatec in 2015, to include a complete portfolio<br />
of coating units for virtually all applications<br />
in textiles. These have been further developed<br />
and been adapted to Monforts electrical<br />
plc-control standards and are now available as<br />
the Monforts texCoat and Allround units. “The<br />
business is currently running very well and with<br />
ITMA 2019 approaching we are ready to meet<br />
a special challenge,” Gert says, emphasising<br />
that the loyalty and satisfaction of the Montex<br />
workforce is of paramount importance.<br />
Advanced training<br />
“We have employees who have worked at this<br />
site since the foundation of Montex Austria, but<br />
it’s very important that we train apprentices at<br />
the same time, in order to pass on our know-how<br />
and ensure the high standard that customers<br />
expect from Monforts systems is maintained<br />
going forward,” he says. “One of the key advantages<br />
of being here in the heart of Europe is the<br />
Trial Training System – one of the best training<br />
systems in the world. It combines theoretical<br />
instruction in a vocational school with practical<br />
training both within the company and in training<br />
workshops. “Established staff also train regularly<br />
to develop new skills and everyone is involved at<br />
all stages of production and trained to multi-task.<br />
This gives us flexibility and strength.”
