Pharmaceuticals Starts Pharmaceutical Production
Generica İlaç, Gebze’deki Üretim Tesisini Alarak
İlaç Üretimine Başlıyor
Akut ve kronik pazarlarda orijinal, eşdeğer ve OTC
ilaçlardan oluşan geniş ürün portföyü ile son yıllarda
ilaç sektörünün en hızlı büyüme gösteren firmalarından
biri olan Generica İlaç, Novartis’in Gebze’de bulunan
iki üretim tesisinden birini satın almak için sözleşme
akdettiğini açıkladı.
Generica Pharmaceuticals, one of the fastest growing
companies of the pharmaceutical industry in recent
years with its wide product portfolio consisting
of original, generic and OTC drugs in the acute
and chronic markets, has announced that Novartis
has signed a contract to purchase one of the two
production facilities in Gebze.

Alp Karaağaç, Generica Pharmaceuticals Chairman and
Founder is a member of a family who has been in the
Turkish pharmaceutical industry for 60 years. Pointing out
that they aim to add new equivalent and OTC products
to their portfolios and the market with this acquisition,
Karaağaç;
“We are in the process of taking over the production
flag in one of the production facilities from the global
pharmaceutical leader Novartis. We are pleased to include
an excellent production facility that will take Generica
even further, with an expert team. This acquisition
will bring high quality production that meets or even
exceeds the expectations of all our stakeholders. After
this stage, we will continue production in a nice working
environment with the factory employees and provide job
opportunities to the young generation. We will also add
important values to Turkish pharmaceutical R&D. Our
most important goal is to continue sustainable excellence
in production with this facility that has global quality
standards and to produce for many countries, especially

Karaağaç, 60 yıldır Türk ilaç sanayi içerisinde yer alan bir
ailenin üyesidir. Karaağaç, bu satın almayla, portföylerine
ve pazara yeni eşdeğer ve OTC ürünleri eklemeyi
hedeflediklerinin altını çizerek;
