False: “Tongue bond automatically heals.”
True: The tongue bond allows fixing the tongue to the
base of the mouth. If this bond is shorter or thicker
than normal affects then the functions of the language
negatively. In this case, sucking, eating / swallowing
problems, speech disorders, poor oral hygiene, dental
problems and tongue-like defects can be seen. If the
baby has dysfunction, a small intervention in the tongue
ligament is required. In infants younger than 6 months,
the procedure is easily performed with local anesthesia.
Almost all of the tongue is made up of muscle. There is no
muscle information about how to use your baby’s tongue.
It usually starts after the second week when the brain
regulates the work of the tongue and the baby learns to
absorb effectively after the tongue bond is released.
False: “The dandruff is seen in every baby and is
normal.”
True: The dandruff is not a natural formation and
develops as a result of some frequent mistakes.
Washing the baby frequently and treating the head area
with extreme sensitivity, especially when cleaning the
head area, leaves soap, without rinsing, worrying about
the damage to the fontanel, accelerates the formation of
dandruff.
B While the baby’s head is being washed; light touches
should be made with the nails and should be cleaned
thoroughly. To treat dandruff, apply olive oil to the child’s
head and wait at least 2 hours and comb it with a soft
comb or brush. Dandruff must be cleaned; it should
never be considered a normal thing. After the dandruff
is cleaned, only soap or shampoo should be applied once
a week so that it does not start again while taking a bath.

oluşmaktadır. Bebeğinizin dilini nasıl kullanacağına
dair hiçbir kas bilgisi yoktur. Beynin dilin çalışmasını
düzenlemesi ve bebeğin dil bağı serbest bırakıldıktan
sonra etkin bir şekilde emmeyi öğrenmesi genelde ikinci
haftadan sonra başlar.
Yanlış: “Konak her bebekte görülür ve normaldir.”
Doğrusu: Konak, doğal bir oluşum değildir ve sıklıkla
yapılan bazı hatalar sonucu gelişir. Bebeği sık yıkamak ve
özellikle baş bölgesinin temizliği yapılırken aşırı hassas
davranılması, bıngıldağa zarar verilir endişesiyle iyice
durulanmadan sabunlu bırakılması konuk oluşumunu
hızlandırır. Bebeğin kafası yıkanırken tırnaklarla hafif
dokunuşlar yapılmalı ve iyice temizlenmelidir. Konağı
tedavi etmek içinse çocuğun kafasına zeytinyağı sürerek
en az 2 saat beklenmeli ve yumuşak bir tarak ya da fırçayla
taranmalıdır. Konağın mutlaka temizlenmesi gerekir,
bunun normal bir şey olduğu asla düşünülmemelidir.
Konak temizlendikten sonra banyo yaptırırken çocuğa
tekrar başlamaması için haftada bir sadece sabun ya
da şampuan uygulanmalıdır. Onun haricinde sadece
duru suyla banyo yaptırılmalıdır. Şampuan olarak da
nemlendirecek şampuanlar tercih edilmelidir. Özellikle
konağı tedavi etmeye yönelik şampuan önerileri içinse
doktorunuza danışabilirsiniz.
Yanlış: “Bebeğin her yemekten sonra kaka yapması,
sindirim sisteminde bir sorunun işaretidir.”
Doğrusu: Çocuklarda dışkılama sıklığı çocuktan çocuğa
değişiklik gösterir. Çocuk yemeğini ağzına aldığı andan
itibaren sindirim sistemi aktive olur. Bu durum gayet
normaldir.
