Letter From the Editorİlaç ÜretenlerinizÇok Olsun!İnsanoğlunun tarihinin ilk gününden beri muhtaç olduğu şeysağlık, derdine derman bulduğu ise şifadır. Bu yüzdendir ki,dert arttıkça şifaya giden çareler de çoğalır.Günümüz teknolojik şartlarının hızlı ilerleyişini dedüşünürsek, ilaç üretim endüstrisinin gelişimi, biyoteknolojiküretimdeki çalışmalar ve hatta yapay zekâ ile ilaç üretimiyapılması şifaya ulaşmanın dünya çapındaki önemine vurguyapıyor.Geliştirilen ilaçlar, kimi zaman hastalıklara çare kimizamansa bir önlem olabiliyor. İşte bu yüzden, Ar-Geçalışmalarına yapılan yatırımlar hızlı bir şekilde artıyor vesağlık endüstrisi dünyanın en büyük endüstrilerinden biriolma yolundaki adımlarını hızlandırıyor.Türkiye’de durum, dünyadakiyle paralel şekilde ilerliyor.Ülkemiz AB ülkeleri ile aynı standartlara sahip teknolojik birdüzeye ulaşmış durumda. 2013 yılı sonrasında ilaçsektörünün gelişimine yönelik uygulanan teşviklerin iseimalat tarafında önemli bir role sahip olduğu söylenebilir.Son yıllarda dünyanın biyoteknolojik ilaç üretimine yönelimisonucunda, Türkiye de bu alandaki çalışma ve hedeflerinigözden geçirerek adımlarını sağlamlaştırdı. Bilindiği üzere,biyoteknolojik ilk ilaç üretimi 1928’de Alexander Fleming’inpenisilini üretmesiyle gündeme geldi ve 1980’lerin başındarekombinant DNA teknolojisi ile üretilen insan insüliniylediyabet tedavisinde kullanıldı. Türkiye ise, 2018 yılı itibariylebiyoteknolojik ilaç üretim listesinde dünyadaki sayılı ülkelerarasında yer almayı başardı. Türkiye’deki birçok ilaç firması,yatırımlarını biyoteknolojik üretime kaydırdı ve bu alanayapılan toplam yatırımların tutarı 5 milyar Türk lirasını aştı.Araştırmanın, geliştirmenin, ön görünün, çalışmanın veazmin olduğu her yerde mutlaka ki başarı da olur. That is why, as the problem increases, theremedies that go to healing also increase.Considering the rapid progress of today’s technologicalconditions, the development of the pharmaceuticalmanufacturing industry, studies in biotechnologicalproduction, and even manufacturing with artificialintelligence emphasize the importance of achieving healingworldwide.Developed drugs can sometimes be a cure for diseases andsometimes a measure. This is why investments in R&D aregrowing rapidly, and the healthcare industry is stepping upits steps to become one of the largest industries in theworld.Situation in Turkey, as in the world is progressing in parallel.Our country has reached a technological level with the samestandards as EU countries. It can be said that the incentivesapplied to the development of the pharmaceutical sectorafter 2013 have an important role on the manufacturing side.As a result of the orientation of the biotechnologicalproduction of drugs in the world in recent years, Turkey hasalso strengthened its passing steps and objectives of thereview work in this area. As it is known, the firstbiotechnological drug production came to the agenda in 1928with Alexander Fleming producing penicillin and was used inthe treatment of diabetes with human insulin produced withrecombinant DNA technology in the early 1980s. In Turkey,the year 2018 was able to take place among the world’s fewcountries in biotechnological drug production list. manypharmaceutical companies in Turkey, slid to thebiotechnological production of investment and the amount oftotal investment in this area has exceeded the 5 billionTurkish liras.Wherever there is research, development, foresight, workand perseverance, there is always success.
