อย่างเป็นทางการ มีเพียงเต็นท์ที่ทางกรุงเทพมหานครนำมา<br />
กางให้เนื่องจากเป็นย่านที่มีผู้สูงอายุมาใช้ป้ายเป็นที่พบปะ<br />
พูดคุยและนั่งรอรถเมล์ เต็นท์เล็กๆ ที่มีอยู่เดิมจึงถูกทดลอง<br />
ให้กลายเป็น "ห้องรับแขกของชุมชน" ที่เล่าเรื่องราวของ<br />
ตลาดน้อยผ่านชาวชุมชน ทั้งรูปถ่ายและเรื่องราวที่เกี่ยวกับ<br />
ย่านตลาดน้อย รวมถึงการจัดแสดงผลงานศิลปะ สิ่งประดิษฐ์<br />
และการแสดงดนตรีของเยาวชนในชุมชน เพื่อแสดงออกถึง<br />
ศักยภาพและความสัมพันธ์ของชาวชุมชน<br />
The bus stop at TaladNoi : It is a bus stop without<br />
seats and roof. It’s just a temporary tent that Bangkok<br />
Metropolitan Administration had put up. Because many<br />
senior citizens in this area use this bus stop as a meeting<br />
place and to wait for the buses, the participants<br />
changed the old tent to become a “community living<br />
room” to tell stories about TaladNoi. They used photos<br />
to show the history of people in the area, including an<br />
art invention exhibition and a concert from the youth,<br />
to show the potential and relationship of people in the<br />
community.<br />
พื้นที่สุดท้ายคือ ป้ายรถเมล์ที่อยู่บริเวณใต้สะพาน<br />
ตากสิน ซึ่งมีความสับสนอลหม่านและวุ่นวาย คับคั่งไปด้วย<br />
ระบบขนส่งทั้งที่เป็นทางการและไม่เป็นทางการทีมเวิร์กช็อป<br />
สะพานตากสินจึงได้ทดลองติดตั้งป้ายให้ข้อมูลระบบการขนส่ง<br />
รูปแบบต่างๆ เช่น รถเมล์ สองแถว มอเตอร์ไซค์ เรือ ตุ๊กตุ๊ก<br />
เพื่อตั้งข้อสังเกตเกี่ยวกับความสำคัญและจำเป็นของการ<br />
ขนส่งรูปแบบต่างๆ ที่มี และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกัน<br />
“…มีการจัดทำป้ายที่มีใบหน้าของพี่ๆ มอเตอร์ไซค์คน<br />
ขับเรือ คนขับตุ๊กตุ๊ก กระเป๋ารถเมล์คนขับสองแถว บวกด้วย<br />
สโลแกน จุดแข็งของการเดินทางแต่ละประเภทเพื่อให้เห็น<br />
ว่า ‘งาน’ ที่ ‘คน’ เหล่านี้ทำคือกลไกสำคัญของเมืองใหญ่<br />
ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน บ้างถูกแต่ช้า บ้างเร็วแต่แพง บ้าง<br />
ความเร็วกลางๆ แต่ขนคนได้เยอะกว่า เป็นต้น<br />
ปัจจุบันพื้นที่ของInformal Transportation Modes ต่างๆ<br />
นี้ยังไม่ค่อยได้ถูกนำมาจัดการร่วมกันอย่างจริงจังในระดับ<br />
นโยบายเท่าไรนัก ที่มากไปกว่านั้นเมืองต้องการ ‘งาน’ จากคน<br />
เหล่านี้ แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับ ‘คน’ เหล่านี้ไม่มี<br />
อะไรเลย เพราะไม่ถูกมองเห็นอย่างเป็นทางการ” ดร.สุพิชชา<br />

The bus stop under Taksin Bridge : It is a chaotic spot<br />
with people and official and non-official transportation<br />
systems. The workshop team installed signs giving<br />
information about transportation such as buses, mini-buses,<br />
motorcycles, boats, and TukTuks to signify the importance<br />
and necessity of each kind of transportations and relationship<br />
between them.<br />
“… There are signs with pictures of motorcycles,<br />
boats, Tuktuks, mini-bus drivers and ticket takers, with<br />
slogans describing the benefits of each mode of transportation.<br />
This is meant to show that the job these<br />
people are doing is related to the important mechanisms<br />
of the city. Some kind of transportations are fast but<br />
expensive, some have moderate speed but can carry<br />
many passengers.”<br />
“Nowadays the areas of informal transportation<br />
modes are not being used seriously. Other than that,<br />
the city wants these people’s service but there are no<br />
facilities for them because they don’t present formally.”<br />

สังคมหันมาตั้งคำถามกับพื้นที่สาธารณะในระบบขนส่ง<br />
มวลชน กับโครงการ Public Transit Lounge หรือการ<br />
ทดลองสร้างพื้นที่สาธารณะ โดยทดลองนำเสื่อ 40 ผืนและ<br />
bean bag มาวางไว้ในพื้นที่ใจกลางหัวลำโพง ขนาด 144<br />
ตารางเมตร เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมของคนระหว่างรอรถไฟ<br />
ทั้งคนเตรียมเดินทางกลับต่างจังหวัด นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย-<br />
ต่างชาติหรือแม้แต่คนไร้บ้านที่พักพิงในหัวล ำโพง<br />

Project no.1 “Public Transit Lounge”<br />
Placing mats at Hua Lumpong model in 2016 The<br />
Ten for Ninety project sparked a trend asking society<br />
to think about public spaces in public transportation<br />
systems in the project “Public Transit Lounge”. They<br />
brought 40 mats and bean bags to place in the 144<br />
sq.m. space in the main hall of Hua Lumpong station<br />
to monitor human behavior while waiting for the trains.<br />
The targets of monitoring are people going back to their<br />
country homes, Thai and foreign tourists, and also the<br />
homeless people.<br />
