INTERMOT 2008 Neuheiten & Innovationen Seite 37 News & Innovations Page 37 Neue Cross-Racing- und Enduro-Racing-Kettensätze Die neuen Cross-Racing- und Enduro-Racing-Kettensätze, bestehend aus einer RK-Kette und Kettenrädern von CHT Chiaravalli, wurden speziell auf Cross- und Enduro-Maschinen abgestimmt. Alle Komponenten sind qualitativ hochwertig und bieten sich als perfekter Ersatz für Serienkomponenten an. Sie sind für verschiedene Übersetzungen erhältlich. Das vordere Kettenrad von CHT Chiaravalli ist aus Chromoly-Stahl 16CrNi4 gefertigt. Das hintere Kettenrad von CHT Chiaravalli besteht aus einer 7075-T6-Legierung, ist silber eloxiert und mit Schmutzabführungsnuten versehen. Bei der RK-Kette für die Cross-Racing-Kettensätze handelt es sich um die neue RK520MXZ4. Bei der RK-Kette für die Enduro-Racing-Kettensätze handelt es sich um die RK520KZU mit Ultraringen für Motorräder bis 250 ccm bzw. die RK520EXW mit XW-Ringen für Motorräder über 250 ccm. Die Cross-Racing- und Enduro- Racing-Kettensätze sind für alle Crosser und Enduros ab Baujahr 1998 erhältlich. Die Anzahl der Zähne von vorderem und hinterem Kettenrad ist je nach Kundenwunsch variabel. Die Kette besteht aus 120 Kettengliedern, sodass der Fahrer sie entsprechend seinen Anforderungen kürzen kann. Der Verkauf beginnt nach der Intermot. New cross racing and enduro racing kits The new Cross Racing Kits and Enduro Racing K with its RK chain and CHT Chiaravalli sprockets come to the market as the ideal solution for cross and enduro rear drive systems providing homogeneous quality among their components, perfectly interchangeable with the stock components and with a huge variety of sprockets ratio options. The CHT Chiaravalli front sprocket is made from chromoly steel 16CrNi4 and the CHT Chiaravalli rear sprocket is made from 7075T6 alloy silver anodised and grooved for mud and sand release. The RK chain for the Cross Racing Kits is the new RK520MXZ4. The RK chain for the Enduro Racing Kits is the RK520KZU with Ultra-rings for bikes up to 250cc and the RK520EXW with Xw-rings for bikes over 250cc. The Cross Racing Kits and Enduro Racing Kits are available for all the MX and EN bikes from 1998. The number of teeth on the front and rear sprockets will be according to the customer’s order, and the chain length will comprise 120 links allowing the rider to cut the chain according to his requirements .
