Ensuring perfect protection from bad weather is a Z-liner made of Gore-Tex Performance Shell
membrane, and the Mika and the Katja also feature removable thermal insulation and a removable
stretch storm collar of Gore-Tex. Gore-Tex cuff closures keep the rider protected from wind and rain, and
the suits feature a strong magnetic collar closure — a first from Rukka — which minimizes wear on the
material. Keprotec Antiglide trim on the seat of the trousers ensures non-slip seating, and the Rukka
AirCushion System on the inner side of the trousers seat effectively insulates against heat and cold. The
“Mika” will be available in sizes 46 to 66, and women will be able to choose the “Katja” in sizes 34 to 50.
The trousers of both suits will also be offered in short and long versions in all sizes. Available from
November 2008; jacket: €629, trousers: €439; colours: black/yellow and red/black.

The new generation of scooter tyres MC32 WIN SCOOT are ideal for bikers who ride their scooters
without listening to the weather forecast. The tyres offer excellent riding characteristics at low
temperatures — on both dry and wet road surfaces — and even offer an excellent grip on snow, slush
and ice. The high amount of negatively contoured tread optimises drainage. At certain marked points,
spikes can be attached to the MC 32 WIN SCOOT. The tyres are available in seven dimensions.
