2012-2013 Handbook for Landscape Architects published<br />
Der Bund Deutscher Landschaftsarchitekten<br />
hat im August 2012 wieder sein Landschaftsarchitekten-Handbuch<br />
herausgegeben.<br />
Das Handbuch 2012/2013 ist die erste Veröffentlichung<br />
des Bundes Deutscher Landschaftsarchitekten,<br />
welche die zeitliche Brücke<br />
schlägt in das Jubiläumsjahr des bdla, denn<br />
am 29. Oktober 1913 gründeten Gartenarchitekten<br />
um den Großherzoglich-Hessischen<br />
Hofgarteningenieur Philipp Siesmeyer in<br />
Frankfurt/Main den Bund Deutscher Gartenarchitekten.<br />
Der bdla feiert 2013 sein<br />
100jähriges Bestehen.<br />
Auf den aktuellsten Stand gebracht, gibt<br />
das Handbuch Auskunft über die Statuten<br />
des bdla (Satzung, Mitglieder-, Verfahrensund<br />
Beitragsordnung), die Adressen seiner<br />
ca. 1300 Mitglieder, incl. Sachverständige,<br />
und der bdla-Landesgruppen. Im Weiteren<br />
sind die Ausbildungsstätten für<br />
Landschaftsarchitektur in Deutschland erfasst, die<br />
internationalen Landschaftsarchitekturverbände IFLA und EFLA und<br />
wichtige Behörden, Verbände, Institutionen von nationalem Rang.<br />

In August 2012, the Federation of German<br />
Landscape Architects (bdla) once again<br />
published its handbook for landscape architects.<br />
The 2012/2013 handbook is the first<br />
publication of the Federation of German Landscape<br />
Architects to forge a link with the bdla’s<br />
anniversary year for on 29 October 1913 landscape<br />
architects around Grand Ducal Hessian<br />
court garden engineer Philipp Siesmeyer founded<br />
the Association of German Garden Architects in<br />
Frankfurt on the Main. The bdla will celebrate its<br />
100th anniversary.<br />
The updated handbook provides information on the<br />
bdla by-laws (articles of association, membership<br />
by-laws, rules of procedure and dues schedule), the<br />
addresses of its about 1,300 members, including<br />
experts, and the bdla regional committees. Moreover,<br />
training places for landscape architects in Germany<br />
are recorded, the international federations of landscape<br />
architects IFLA and EFLA as well as important<br />
authorities, associations and institutions of national standing.<br />
