special hand-blown lamps for the<br />
bathrooms and Florian Schluifer<br />
presents his works as well; tables<br />
in the salon and objects in the<br />
display cases. The photographs<br />
are by Edgar Mall, an artistic<br />
photographer from the Arlberg.<br />
Some of the works are part of<br />
limited editions. The textiles are<br />
from traditional Austrian companies<br />
like Leitner Leinen and they<br />
bring a natural, down-to-earth<br />
atmosphere.<br />
L.L. The lodges are intended<br />
as an alternative to a secon dary<br />
residence. What kind of guests<br />
value the concept?<br />
R.H. At high times there are<br />
more than 20,000 people who<br />
have their holiday residence in<br />
<strong>Kitzbühel</strong>. That’s gigantic. And<br />
these residences bring a lot of<br />
hustle and bustle to society. The<br />
guests that are attracted by this<br />
society find that the 100 square<br />
metres lodges are the perfect<br />
alternative to a secondary residence.<br />
J.M. Another important factor<br />
is safety and comfort. A secondary<br />
residence abroad brings<br />
several challenges and risks, like<br />
maintenance or burglary. In this<br />
case the lodge also presents the<br />
perfect alternative, you have no<br />
worries and no work. Relaxation<br />
can start on day one.
