der Stärkung des Meistertitels, überbordende Bürokratie
oder wohnortnahe Beschulung nicht mangelt – auch
weiterhin eine zentrale Säule der mittelständischen Wirtschaft
und ein Garant für sichere Arbeits- und Ausbildungsplätze
im Landkreis Ravensburg bleiben. Es erfährt eine tatkräftige
Unterstützung durch die Kreishandwerkerschaft
Ravensburg und die ihr angeschlossenen 23 Innungen, die
für alle erfolgsorientierten und zielstrebigen Handwerksunternehmer
Anlaufstelle Nr. 1 in der Region sind. Sie greifen
den Betrieben mit auf ihre Bedürfnisse ausgerichteten Fortund
Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen unter die Arme und helfen
mit, dass sich die Innungsfachbetriebe Dank ihrer hohen
Standards bei Fort- und Weiterbildungen und ihrer gelebten
Dienstleistungsmentalität gegenüber dem nichtorganisierten
Handwerk am Markt profilieren. Damit begreift die
Öffentlichkeit die Mitgliedschaft eines Handwerksbetriebs
zur Innung immer mehr als „Qualitäts- und Vertrauenssiegel“.

Crafts are varied, future-oriented, ensure training for young
people and create quality of life. They contribute decisively to
the economic strength of the Ravensburg district. More than
3,800 craft enterprises with about 19,200 employees are established
in the Ravensburg district. With currently more
than 1,700 apprenticeships, crafts in the Ravensburg district
more than satisfy the training mandate of the district. They
provide personal prospects to people in more than 130 professions,
irrespective of age, sex or social background. The rising
number of apprenticeships shows that more and more people
appreciate the advantages of crafts, namely to work closely
with the customer and to create something unique. People of
the region trust in craft enterprises and appreciate their highquality
work at fair prices. This is in particular due to the
training of master craftsmen which secures high-quality
workmanship. Industrial crafts in the Ravensburg district are
actively supported by the District Craft Trades Association of
Ravensburg and the associated 23 guilds which are the no. 1
contact point for all success-oriented and determined craft
entrepreneurs in the region. They offer support with professional
and advanced training measures which are geared to
the needs of the companies and enable the guild companies
to make a name for themselves in the market due to their
high standards of professional and advanced training and
their practised service mentality as compared to craft enterprises
who are not members of a guild.
