Experiencing nature in Kufsteinerland.<br />
Of letting go and discovering<br />
The fortress town Kufstein and the eight<br />
surrounding villages combine rural<br />
idyll with urban flair. A region could<br />
hardly be any more diverse and unique.<br />
The region has plenty to offer all year<br />
round.<br />
True hiking enjoyment is guaranteed<br />
in Kaisertal Valley, which was named<br />
Austria’s most scenic place in 2016 by<br />
the ORF-show “9 places - 9 treasures“,<br />
and the Kaiser Mountains nature experience.<br />
The Kaiser Mountains have been under<br />
conservation for more than 50 years.<br />
But you still don’t have to do without<br />
your creature comforts. A one-seat<br />
chairlift will carry guests up to the<br />
tranquillity of the alpine world in just<br />
over 20 minutes. Having arrived up<br />
there, an expansive hiking and excursion<br />
area opens up to both families as<br />
well as passionate alpine sports fans.<br />
The traditional mountain inns will treat<br />
you to regional delicacies. Many further<br />
sports such as mountain biking, trail<br />
running or climbing can be enjoyed in<br />
the region in various levels of difficulty.<br />
Those seeking recreation will find a<br />
forest swimming pool at Riedenberg<br />
by Lake Thiersee, or why not enjoy a<br />
yoga session by the lake/mountain or a<br />
jump into one of the six crystal-clear<br />
natural lakes to swim.<br />

around the region you can find instructions<br />
for trying out exercises to strengthen<br />
your awareness and promote<br />
