Top-quality Tirol cuisine with Toques, Stars and Forks
Die neuen Gourmetführer für 2021 bestätigen, dass sich die
kulinarische Qualität im Kufsteinerland in großen Schritten
weiter entwickelt.
Beim Gault & Millau gibt es zwei Hauben mit 14 Punkten für das
Gourmethotel Unterwirt in Ebbs, das Stadthotel Alpenrose in Kufstein
und den Gasthof Blaue Quelle in Erl.
Zum zweiten Mal erhält das junge Restaurant Taproom in Schwoich,
das zur erfolgreichen Craft Beer Brauerei Bierol gehört, eine Haube
mit 12 Punkten. Zum ersten Mal wurde das Gourmet Wirtshaus
Tiroler Hof im Boutique Hotel Viktorias Home mit einer Haube und
12/20 Punkten ausgezeichnet.
Die Restaurant-Tester von Falstaff sind ähnlich überzeugt von den
kulinarischen Werten im Kufsteinerland. Die Gastronomen freuen
sich über drei Falstaff Gabeln für den Unterwirt, je zwei Gabeln für
die Blaue Quelle und für das Restaurant Alpenrose und eine Gabel für
das Gourmet Wirtshaus Tiroler Hof im Boutique Hotel Viktorias
Home. Ganz neu wurde das erst in diesem Jahr eröffnete Restaurant
Gourmet Royal im Hotel Panorama Royal in Bad Häring mit zwei Gabeln
ausgezeichnet.
Mit zwei Falstaff Gabeln honorierten die Tester die Küchen des Auracher
Löchls in Kufstein. Eine Gabel erhielten das Genießer Gasthaus
Beim Dresch in Erl, der Sattlerwirt in Ebbs, das Gourmet Wirtshaus
Tiroler Hof in Kufstein und der Taproom Bierol in Schwoich.
Das Feinschmeckermagazin À la Carte verlieh der Alpenrose, der
Blauen Quelle, dem Chefs Table im Gourmet Wirtshaus Tiroler Hof
des Boutique Hotel Viktorias Home in Kufstein und dem Unterwirt in
Ebbs jeweils 2 Sterne.
Nicht zu vergessen ist die Grüne Haube vom unabhängigen Verein
Styria vitalis, mit dem das Hotel Juffing den vegetarischen Genuss
auf höchstem Niveau in zertifizierter Bioqualität hochhält.

the culinary quality in Kufsteinerland continues
to abound with further developments.
At Gault & Millau there are two Toques and 14
points for Gourmet Hotel Unterwirt in Ebbs,
Stadthotel Alpenrose in Kufstein and for Gasthof
Blaue Quelle in Erl,
For the second time the recently opened restaurant
Taproom in Schwoich, which is a part of the
successful craft beer brewery Bierol, gets one
Toque and12 points, as well as the Tiroler Hof in
Kufstein. And for the tenth time in a row Hotel
Gasthaus Dresch in Erl receives one Toque and
11 out of 20 points.
The restaurant testers from Falstaff were similarly
convinced of the culinary values in Kufsteinerland.
Restaurateurs delighted in three Falstaff
Forks for the Unterwirt, two Forks each for the
Blaue Quelle and for Restaurant Alpenrose,
which scores points for using organic produce
from its own farm. Completely new is the Gourmet
Royal restaurant, just opened this year in the
Hotel Panorama Royal in Bad Häring, which was
awarded two Forks.
Testers awarded two Falstaff Forks to the cuisine
in Auracher Löchl in Kufstein, one Fork to the
gourmet guesthouse Beim Dresch, the Sattlerwirt
Ebbs, the Tiroler Hof and Bierol Taproom.
Gourmet magazine À la Carte gave two Stars to
the Alpenrose, the Blaue Quelle, the Chef’s Table
in Tiroler Hof and Gasthaus Dresch.
Not forgetting that the Green Toque awarded by
independent association Styria vitalis, to the
Hotel Juffing which upholds vegetarian
indulgence at the highest level in certified organic
quality.
