To do so we first and foremost need to deal
with our own people with openness, empathy
and understanding in order to better support
them in the fulfilment of their needs and

This means recognising that we can only
succeed if the team succeeds and therefore
to always work for the good of the team. It
means that no individual is bigger than the
team and the team is the unit of analysis.

things with conviction and a big heart and

express our views as and when required. As

business into new areas and open markets

entrusted by shareholders with key assets
for which we will have to give account and
that we should pass them on to the next
generation in a better state than we received
them. Individuals should take accountability
