The board and directors
The board takes decisions on a majority basis and therefore no one person has
unfettered powers of decision making.
The board is responsible for determining the company’s strategic direction and the
control of the company. It provides effective and responsible leadership and
exercises integrity and judgement in directing the group so as to achieve continuing
prosperity for the group and its stakeholders.
