6.8 Capital resources
At 30 June 2007, Komplett’s shareholders equity amounted to NOK 467 million, representing an
equity ratio of 65 %. At the same date, Komplett’s net current assets amounted to NOK 283
million. Komplett is of the opinion that it has sufficient working capital to meet the company’s
present requirements for a period of at least 12 months.
There are no restrictions on Komplett’s capital resources that have materially affected, or could
materially affect, directly or indirectly, its operations.
The table below shows a statement of capitalization and indebtedness (distinguishing between
guaranteed and unguaranteed, secured and unsecured indebtedness) as of 30 June 2007. The
table should be read together with the relevant financial statements and the related notes thereto.
