Whether you are a novice or simply interested in brushing<br />

up on your skills, AACC has a motorcycle safety<br />

course for you. AACC is an independent training site for<br />

the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration’s motorcycle<br />

training courses including the Basic Rider Course<br />

(BRC), the Alternative Basic Rider Course (ABRC) and<br />

the Experienced Rider Course (BRCII). Anyone younger<br />

than 18 years old must complete the Basic Rider Course<br />

before applying for a motorcycle license. Courses are<br />

held at a riding range located on AACC’s Arnold campus.<br />

Instructors are certified by both the Motor Vehicle<br />

Administration and Motorcycle Safety Foundation.<br />

New riders prepare for class M license with this MVA<br />

approved Basic Rider Course. Learn basic street-riding skills,<br />

how to select riding gear and defensive-riding strategies.<br />

Written and skills exam included. Basic Rider Handbook<br />

required and available at AACC Bookstore at no charge with<br />

course confirmation. $305 includes $120 fee.<br />

Note: Approved by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration.<br />

Protective clothing required during riding range training. Only<br />

Maryland state license holders can receive a class M designation from<br />

Attend a lecture and performance of the Baltimore Concert<br />

Opera at the Garrett-Jacobs Mansion, Baltimore. Learn about<br />

the history of the piece and gain an understanding of the<br />

use of voice and emotion. Electronic English subtitles guide<br />

the audience through the performance. Enrollment limit: 20.<br />
