COCONUT YOGHURT CHUTNEY<br />
Cooling and digestive that makes a meal!<br />
62BIngredients: Make at least one hour before hand to sit.<br />
100 gm Fresh Coconut Pulp (or desiccated coconut only if you have too)<br />
1 tablespoon Rapadura sugar<br />
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger<br />
1 tablespoon fresh coriander or parsley or basil (seasonal)<br />
1-2 Pippali freshly crushed to powder or ¼ teaspoon black pepper<br />
3 tablespoon lemon juice<br />
100ml Yoghurt and water as needed<br />
½ teaspoon <strong>Ayurvedic</strong> salt<br />
Add all the ingredients in a blender add water blend to get a smooth paste!<br />
Essential Additions<br />
You can pop a ½ teaspoon of black mustard seeds in a spoon of ghee and add to the<br />
chutney for an exotic touch.<br />
