i- <strong>The</strong> Scarlatti sonata Form - are organized by means <strong>of</strong> tonal relationships<br />

into the standard late Baroque and early Classic binary pattern used for<br />

dance pieces and other types <strong>of</strong> compostion<br />

b- each repeated - the first closing in the dominant or relative major (rarely<br />

another key) the second modulating further afield and then returning to<br />

the tonic<br />
