1. NGO Historical aspects
Eventuated since 1980’s because of AUSAID funding but limited resource from AUSAID
funding collapse. But currently being established to collaboration and sharing of information
between all the NGO’s in Morobe Province.
2. Organizational aspects
Have 20-25 member organization or represented by members/ executive of all the NGO’s in
Morobe Province
Raise each group issues and training centers to share information and resources.
3. Networking and institutional relations
It is a local NGO group which are networking with all other NSA in Morobe Province
Started here in Morobe Province
Morobe resources training centre, Save the Children, ADRA, Tingim Laip, City Mission,
ATCDL Unitech, Bris Kanda, PNG Family Health Association, PNG Scout, BAHA and
Salvation Army

Registered here in Morobe Province at Provincial Level
Member (representatives) of all interested groups of NGO’s
5. Financial aspects
Bank account with ANZ
Elected representative from each groups oversee the funding
In the past there has been funding from donors. Main donor agencies AUSAID, European
Union and Provincial Government
