High-Activity Sealed Sources

You need to complete these questions if you intend to accumulate or dispose of a “new HASS”, or
both new and existing HASS, under the terms of an authorisation under RSA 93. You do not need to
complete them if you can dispose of your waste HASS without authorisation under the terms of an
exemption order.
