NEUSIEDLER is aware of its great responsibility towards its employees and
has for a long time been active in the social environment.

skilled employees. Comprehensive promotional measures, ranging from training
to initiatives in safety at work, health care and employee motivation, contribute
to establishing a long-term relationship based on mutual trust and respect.
NEUSIEDLER promotes gender equality at the workplace and ensures that the
careers of employees are not constrained by discrimination or other arbitrary
barriers to advancement. NEUSIEDLER also seeks to maintain a regular two-way

In its social environment, the NEUSIEDLER Group is committed to an active
