Corporate social responsibility<br />
NEUSIEDLER is aware of its great responsibility towards its employees and<br />
has <strong>for</strong> a long time been active in the social environment.<br />
NEUSIEDLER aims to attract and retain the services of the most appropriately<br />
skilled employees. Comprehensive promotional measures, ranging from training<br />
to initiatives in safety at work, health care and employee motivation, contribute<br />
to establishing a long-term relationship based on mutual trust and respect.<br />
NEUSIEDLER promotes gender equality at the workplace and ensures that the<br />
careers of employees are not constrained by discrimination or other arbitrary<br />
barriers to advancement. NEUSIEDLER also seeks to maintain a regular two-way<br />
flow of in<strong>for</strong>mation with employees to maximise their identification with, and<br />
ability to contribute to the business.<br />
