In 2003 NEUSIEDLER also participated in the planning of a series of <strong>Mondi</strong><br />

Europe staff promotion initiatives that are to be implemented during 2004, including<br />

the “Emerging Leader Program“, the “MBA Sponsoring Programme“ and<br />

the “Talent Recruiting Initiative“. The aim of all these initiatives is to ensure<br />

that there is always a pool of suitably qualified employees within the Group<br />

who can be deployed in the right job at the right time.<br />
