Santiago Galaz b. 1959<br />

Santiago Galaz has been in the security business for over twenty years.<br />
He joined <strong>Securitas</strong> in 1995 as the Managing Director of Security Services<br />
Spain after twelve years at the Eulen Group, one of the largest services<br />
groups in Spain. In 1997 he was appointed the Spanish country Manager<br />
for Security Services, Systems and cash Handling Services and later<br />
became Divisional President of cash Handling Services Europe. Santiago<br />
was appointed Divisional President of Security Services North America in<br />
March 2003.<br />

Alf Göransson’s was the President and cEO of Ncc AB, 2001–2007,<br />
cEO of Svedala Industri AB, 2000–2001, Business Area Manager at cardo<br />
rail, 1998–2000, and President of the contracting company Swedish rail<br />
Systems AB in the Scancem Group, 1993–1998. Alf holds an international<br />
BSc in Economics and Business Administration from the School of Busi-<br />
ness, Economics and Law, Göteborg university. Other assignments: Board<br />
member of Loomis AB, Hexpol AB and Axel Johnson Inc., USA.<br />
Olof Bengtsson b. 1961<br />
Senior vice President corporate Finance<br />
Shares in <strong>Securitas</strong>: 26,756 Series B-shares.<br />
Olof Bengtsson is responsible for the corporate Finance, Treasury and<br />
risk/Insurance functions on Group level. He joined <strong>Securitas</strong> in 1993 as<br />
Group Treasurer and has been responsible for the corporate Finance func-<br />
tion since 1999. He has held positions in treasury and corporate finance<br />
in the Atlas copco Group between 1985–1987 and in the STOrA Group<br />
between 1988–1993. Olof has a B.Sc. in Finance and Business Admin-<br />
istration from the Stockholm School of Economics, where he finished his<br />
studies in 1985.<br />

William Barthelemy b. 1954<br />
Chief Operating Officer, Security Services North America<br />
Shares in <strong>Securitas</strong>: 17,000 Series B-shares.<br />
william Barthelemy brings over 30 years of industry experience to the<br />
organization. With a Criminology Degree from Indiana University of Penn-<br />
sylvania, Bill began his career as an Investigator, moving to the Security<br />
Division after two years. He has worked in many field capacities, including<br />
Scheduling, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, regional Operations<br />
Director and region President. Bill is an active member of the American<br />
Society of Industrial Security, as well as the National Association of chiefs<br />
of Police.<br />
Gisela Lindstrand b. 1962<br />
Senior vice President Corporate Communications and Public Affairs<br />
Shares in <strong>Securitas</strong>: 1,000 Series B-shares.<br />
Gisela Lindstrand, with a degree in Political science from Uppsala University,<br />
Sweden, is experienced in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs<br />
from different industries. She came to <strong>Securitas</strong> AB in April 2007 from the<br />
pharmaceutical company Pfizer AB, where she was the Government Affairs<br />
Director 2004–2007. Previously, 2001–2004, she was Press relations<br />
Manager at the construction company Ncc AB, and during 1996–2001<br />
Information Director at the housing association SABO AB. Gisela was Press<br />
relations Manager and Political Advisor to the former Swedish Prime Min-<br />
ister Ingvar carlsson 1989–1996. Before then, she worked as a journalist.<br />
Lucien Meeus b. 1947<br />
Divisional President, Monitoring<br />
Shares in <strong>Securitas</strong>: 5,500 Series B-shares.<br />
Lucien Meeus worked in the Telecom and Pipeline industry, as e.g. Plant<br />
Manager, commercial Director and Division Manager for raychem corpora-<br />
tion (now Tyco) and TD williamson. His areas of responsibilities covered<br />
Europe, North America, the Middle East and North Africa. In 1997 Lucien<br />
joined the security industry and started, on assignment of the leading<br />
Belgian Telecom Operator, a new company: Belgacom Alert Services.<br />
Lucien led this company, specializing in the alarm monitoring, into a JV<br />
operation with <strong>Securitas</strong> Direct in 2002, and into becoming a wholly<br />
owned subsidiary of <strong>Securitas</strong> AB in January 2005. Lucien graduated<br />
as a Technical Engineer in Mechelen, Belgium, in 1970 and completed<br />
his education with a Post Graduate Business Administration at UFSIA,<br />
Antwerp, Belgium and a Post Graduate of the Partnerships Program at<br />
IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
