13. OTHER LIABILITIES<br />
This item consists of various amounts payable, including Dutch and foreign taxation and social security<br />
contributions totalling EUR 2.4 million (2008: EUR 2.4 million).<br />
14. ACCRUALS AND DEFERRED INCOME<br />
This item includes any receivables still to be invoiced, advance payments already received and various accruals<br />
and deferrals and deferred tax liability items in the amount of EUR 3.6 million (2008: EUR 2.3 million).<br />
The deferred tax item mainly relates to future profits of the German and Spanish branch that will be taxed in<br />
The Netherlands.<br />
