MR. D.J. CARRINGTON (1946)<br />
David Carrington has been an independent consultant<br />
since 2001, specialising in philanthropy and social<br />
finance and on the governance of charities and social<br />
enterprises. He draws on 25 years’ experience of<br />
senior management positions in charities – the last<br />
13 as Chief Executive – and as a Board member with<br />
a wide range of organisations, including a University,<br />
the Alliance Publishing Trust and the National Foundation<br />
for Youth Music. David is also a member of<br />
the Social Investment Task Force and of the Commission<br />
on Unclaimed Assets. He is Chair of the editorial<br />
group of the Philanthropy UK e-newsletter and a<br />
member of the Advisory Board of the Centre for<br />
Effective Philanthropy in the US. David Carrington<br />
was first appointed in <strong>2009</strong> and his present term<br />
expires in 2013. He is of British nationality and owns<br />
no depository receipts.<br />
MR. M.M. FRANK (1947)<br />
Marius Frank is an independent board advisor and<br />
executive coach. He is Member of the Supervisory<br />
Board of Centrum Maliebaan (Stichting Verslavingszorg<br />
Utrecht) and Chairman Supervisory Board<br />
Seyster Veste, Zeist (since March <strong>2009</strong>). Marius Frank<br />
is also member of ‘Stichting Administratiekantoor<br />
Hofpoort Holding’, Utrecht (holding company of a.o.<br />
Van der Wal Transport, since December <strong>2009</strong>), and is<br />
a member of the Supervisory Board of <strong>Triodos</strong><br />
Culture <strong>Bank</strong> BV. Marius Frank was first appointed in<br />
2005 and his present term of appointment expires in<br />
2013. He is Chairman of the <strong>Triodos</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Nomination<br />
and Compensation Committee. He is of Dutch<br />
nationality and owns no <strong>Triodos</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> depository<br />
receipts.<br />
MR. M.J.M VAN DEN HOOGENBAND (1944)<br />
Mathieu van den Hoogenband is the former President<br />
of the Executive Board of the Weleda Group AG in<br />
Arlesheim, Switzerland. He is a Member of the<br />
Shareholders Council of RheaHolding BV (Eosta BV),<br />
chairman of the Supervisory Board of the <strong>Triodos</strong><br />
Culture <strong>Bank</strong> BV, Chairman of the Supervisory Board<br />
of Stichting Widar 1st line Health Organisation,<br />
Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Darjeeling<br />
Organic Tea Estate Pltd Ambootia West Bengalen,<br />
India and Member of the Kuratorium Stiftung<br />
Waldorfschule Uhlandshöhe. He teaches Leadership<br />
and Ethics at the SRH Business School Berlin and the<br />
Alanus Hochschule in Bonn-Alfter. Mathieu van den<br />
Hoogenband was first appointed in 2007 and his<br />
present term of appointment expires in 2011. He is of<br />
Dutch nationality and owns 815 <strong>Triodos</strong> <strong>Bank</strong><br />
depository receipts.<br />
MR. M. EGUIGUREN HUERTA. PHD. (1959)<br />
Marcos Eguiguren is General Manager of Grupo<br />
Inmark, a Spanish professional services Group with<br />
subsidiaries in Portugal and several countries in Latin<br />
America and with large experience in advising<br />
financial entities. He has also held executive roles in<br />
Barclays <strong>Bank</strong> and BBVA. He is also Associate Professor<br />
on business administration at the Politechnical<br />
University of Catalonia. Marcos Eguiguren was first<br />
appointed in 2008 and his present term of appointment<br />
expires in 2012. He is a member of <strong>Triodos</strong><br />
<strong>Bank</strong>’s Audit and Risk Committee. He is of Spanish<br />
nationality and owns 194 <strong>Triodos</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> depository<br />
receipts.<br />
