It is recommended that the Governirlg Board approve the use of a competitive sealed bid to procure additional musical<br />
instruments and equipment for the 2006-2007 school year. Bids are expected to be released in September and are<br />
expected to close in October. Recommendation for award resulting from the Information for Bid (IFB) process will be<br />
brought to the Governing Board for approval.<br />
SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION<br />
It is recommended that the Governing Board approve the issue and release of an Invitation for Bid (LFB) for additional<br />
musical instruments and equipment for the 2006-2007 school year.<br />
