When grade level enrollment capacity has been met, new enrolling student's school attendance area will be Western
Peaks. En order to avoid sibling splits, a parent could -- at their option -- determine to move all their children to
Western Peaks. Transportation will be provided for these students. A waiting list will be established and used to
allow students to enroll should openings become available. Openings naturally occur when students withdraw from
the school.
SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Governing Board approve placing a limit on grade level enrollment at Cimarron Springs
Elementary School.
