<strong>Metos</strong> Cantina BM-2<br />
<strong>Metos</strong> Cantina holding trolley models are designed for<br />
both centralised and de-centralised food distribution<br />
and transport. Special attention has been paid to the<br />
very high hygiene level required for instance by hospitals.<br />
The <strong>Metos</strong> Cantina trolley has been made to <strong>la</strong>st under demanding<br />
conditions with heavy wear. The trolleys are made of stainless steel<br />
throughout. The seamless rounded basins and cabinets are easy to clean.<br />
The <strong>Metos</strong> Cantina holding trolley range consists of models with a 2<br />
or 3 holding basins. The trolley can be ordered with an open stand or<br />
a holding cabinet with or without sliding covers. The sliding covers<br />
also serve as convenient working p<strong>la</strong>tforms in serving. The holding<br />
basins and cabinet have dedicated temperature control. The holders<br />
are dimensioned for GN 1/1-200.<br />
The cabinets have four runner sets dimensioned for GN1/1-100. The<br />
doors open 270° at the side and are locked against the frame. All<br />
models have four sturdy 160 mm diameter wheels with steel centres,<br />
two of which can be locked. The sliding cover opens, turns and locks<br />
automatically in the open/close position. The cover has supports e.g.<br />
for transport containers. All trolleys have push handles and bumpers.<br />
There is an electric plug with a spiral cable under the control panel.<br />
With the use of cold p<strong>la</strong>tes the trolleys can also be used also for cold<br />
transport. Optional equipment includes a trailer shaft, a food prep<br />
board and a case for patient info cards.<br />
