METOS VIKING PRO COMBI KETTLE<br />
<strong>Metos</strong> Viking Pro EM mixing kettle has been designed for heavy use<br />
in professional <strong>kitchens</strong> and restaurants. The efficient heating and<br />
mixing functions make it truly versatile tool for food production.<br />
The use of kettle is easy and the mixing functions are suitable for all kind of<br />
mixing from mashing potatoes to whipping cream.<br />
Viking Pro kettles are insu<strong>la</strong>ted all around, resulting in a low<br />
external surface temperature. The kettle has electric tilting<br />
and when tilting the power is cut off from heating elements.<br />
Solid hinged lid has a safety grid for adding ingredients and<br />
monitoring the cooking process. A strainer p<strong>la</strong>te is avai<strong>la</strong>ble<br />
for easy drainage (optional equipment).<br />
Cleaning is easy due to stainless steel construction and smooth<br />
surfaces. The inner bowl is of polished acid proof stainless<br />
steel. The volumes of <strong>Metos</strong> Viking Pro EM kettles are 40,<br />
60, 80, 100 and 150 litres.<br />
