The <strong>Metos</strong> RG-200 slices, cubes, strips and grates. It handles<br />
fruit, vegetables, roots, mushrooms, cheese, bread and nuts.<br />
The 23 rapidly interchangeable slicer heads ensure the right<br />
dimensions, a perfect cut and optimal texture. The razor-sharp slicer<br />
heads made of tempered stainless steel make for fine, uniform tomato slices.<br />
Despite its small size the RG-200 is very efficient. Peak efficiency has been achieved<br />
with many practical and technical solutions, such as an oversized feed hopper. The<br />
spacious feed opening reduces the preparatory work, since most products can be fed<br />
without cutting. Lengthy products such as cucumbers can be sliced continuously<br />
through the <strong>la</strong>rge 57 mm dia. feed hopper. An optional angle tube feeder is avai<strong>la</strong>ble.<br />
The angle tube feeder is suitable e.g. for cutting of wok vegetables or for decorative<br />
cutting of vegetable for sa<strong>la</strong>ds and sandwiches. The feeder is aluminium and a p<strong>la</strong>stic<br />
pusher is included. The feed tube diameter is 50 mm. <strong>Metos</strong> RG-200 slices 6.5 kg<br />
per minute.<br />
Ergonomics and productivity go hand in hand. The cutting disc rack saves space,<br />
makes handling easier and keeps the discs sharp. The RG-200 can be p<strong>la</strong>ced on a<br />
height adjustable counter, equipment stand or trolley. There are two different stands<br />
and a trolley avai<strong>la</strong>ble. See p. 30.<br />
