Biowaste is simply transferred in pipes directly
from work areas to the desired location. In this
way, biowaste is not stored at kitchen work areas,
so work progresses without unwelcome odours or

transport of waste in closed pipes to a container

The separated liquid is emptied into the sewage
system through a grease trap. Solid waste ends up
in a separate container for further processing into
biowaste or animal feed.
