Question 21 was designed to verify the overall functionality of built-in<br />

accessibility tools provided in the OS. As outlined in Figure 7.23, there were 91, or<br />

nearly 25% who believed that the accessibility tools in the OS were not applicable.<br />

There were 141, or a little over 38% who agreed that the tools were useful and 58, or<br />

nearly 16% who strongly agreed.<br />

7.4.3 Internet Knowledge<br />

Section C of the survey explored the Internet knowledge of the respondents and their<br />

interaction with Internet tools and resources.<br />
