This Doctoral study conforms to the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in
Research Involving Humans and has been approved by the Curtin University Human
Research Ethics Committee.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY:
1. All completed surveys will require the consent of the participant;
2. The participant will have the right to withdraw their contribution at any time
up to the publication of the thesis;
3. To ensure that any potential misunderstandings of the subject material are
resolved prior to the interview taking place, the participant will be required
to acknowledge this information sheet and complete the consent form before
proceeding;
4. All participant identities will be kept completely confidential; and
5. All questions are designed in a way to eliminate bias.
RISKS:
Although some questions may be of a personal nature, there are no obvious safety
issues that need to addressed during the participation in this survey.
