Question 24 asked respondents specifically about their ability to use the<br />

Internet. As indicated in Figure 7.26, there were 67 respondents who had no ability<br />

to use the Internet. In addition, there were 122, or one-third of respondents, who<br />

believed they had a good understanding of how to use the Internet and 91 had a fair<br />

understanding of how to use the Internet. Expert users consisted of 37 respondents.<br />

Again there was a general trend of Internet usability with two-thirds of respondents<br />

having a fair or better ability to use the Internet as opposed to one-third who had<br />

little or no ability to use the Internet.<br />
