opened The date on which a treaty was opened for signature.
adopted The date on which a treaty was adopted.
inforce The date on which a treaty entered into force.
Give as many of these dates as you wish, with and between them, in the
following format:
opened=2010-01-10 and inforce=2011-04-23
The package is not ‘clever’ about reordering dates: they will be printed in
the order you give them.
If a list of dates is included in the execution field, then bl-oscola will not
print anything from the date field, unless the year is an essential part of the
citation of the report. If the execution field is empty, but there is a date, then
the date will be printed, without any narrative.
