I then run latex, biber, latex, splitindex and finally latex again. The<br />

document’s ‘general’ index is generated separately using individual indexing<br />

commands. In order to deal with the styling, I run splitindex with the<br />

options - -s <strong>oscola</strong> (which generates indexes with dot leaders), and then<br />

separately run makeindex on <strong>oscola</strong>-documentation-general to produce the<br />

general index.<br />
