Lesson 10: eCHART Chart Check Copyright 2009, IMPAC Medical Systems 93 LTGRAD0005C/1.0/31-Mar-2009 Notes Quick Version Running and Reviewing the eCHART Chart Check 1. Open the chart for your patient, then click eChart | Chart Check… to open the Chart Check Options dialog box. 2. Click Current in the Patient(s) to Check group. 3. Click Prompt in the Charge group. 4. Click adjacent to the Activity field. 5. Click the group, such as Physics, in the Group column, then double-click the procedure, such as Physics Consultation, in the Description column. 6. Click Prompt in the Print group. 7. Click to open the Chart Check window. 8. Click the blue text in the text box. 9. Click to open the applicable window or dialog box for the selected blue text. 10. Close the dialog box or window. 11. Use the scroll bar to scroll through the checklist. 12. Click to save the checklist as a patient note, then open the Code Capture window. 13. Click in the Code Capture dialog box. 14. Click in the Question message box to print the chart check. Reviewing eCHART Chart Check Notes 1. Click eChart | Notes…. 2. Click All Patient Notes from the View field. 3. Double-click the eChart Check note. 4. Use the scroll bar to scroll through the note. 5. Right-click in the Patient Note window to open the Patient Note Options menu. 6. Click in the Patient Note window, outside of the Options menu to close the Options menu.
