4. Use the scroll bar to scroll through the note.
5. Right-click in the Patient Note window.
Opens the Patient Note Options menu, shown in Figure 79.

The Unlock option is grayed out. You cannot change Chart Check notes. The
active commands are:
Mail To Opens the Select Directory dialog box, which prompts you
to select either Staff or Location. Use the selected directory to
tag the staff members or locations to which to send the
eCHART Check note. Click to send it to the staff
member or location from the MOSAIQ mail feature.
Print Note Prints a copy of the note.
