on the quality of its tenants in an effort to secure
financially stable long term business partners
LMD is also being proactive in its approach
through clean-energy. In supporting the State’s
clean-energy initiatives, LMD has enhanced its
economic opportunities by identifying its lands
throughout the state that have the potential for
renewable energy projects such as garbage to
energy, solar or wind farms. It is LMD’s goal
in this endeavor to continue to work towards
financial self-sufficiency, as well as be a leader in
green energy sustainability in the state.
