BIOGRAPHICAL DETAILS OF DIRECTORS AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT<br />
NIU Gen Sheng KwAUK Teh Ming, walter TSUEI, Andrew Tien Yuan KwAN Ming Sang, Savio<br />
the SOFTBANK Group. He also previously held directorship in<br />
Ariba Japan and Deecorp Limited, companies engaging in the<br />
businesses of technology and software, respectively. Before<br />
joining the SOFTBANK Group, Mr. Okada was chief executive<br />
officer and president of NetIQ KK, the Japanese subsidiary<br />
of NetIQ Corporation, a provider of e-business infrastructure<br />
management software. He oversaw the networking management<br />
service business and was responsible for establishing Original<br />
Equipment Manufacture (OEM) businesses with major Japanese<br />
companies such as NEC, Fujitsu and Hitachi. Mr. Okada is also<br />
renowned in the storage management industry for his success<br />
in establishing Cheyenne Software KK and Computer Associates<br />
Japan as industry leaders in the Japanese market.<br />
INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS<br />
NIU Gen Sheng, 53, is our independent non-executive director.<br />
He is the chairman and a non-executive director of China<br />
Mengniu Dairy Company Limited, one of China’s leading dairy<br />
companies which is listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong<br />
Limited. He is also the founder of Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy<br />
(Group) Co., Ltd. as well as the founder and honorary president<br />
of Lao Niu Foundation. In addition, Mr. Niu is an independent<br />
director of Shanghai Metersbonwe Fashion & Accessories Co.,<br />
Ltd., a company listed on The Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In 2007,<br />
Mr. Niu was elected as one of “China’s Most Influential Business<br />
Leaders” for the fifth consecutive year and honored with the<br />
“2007 Hong Kong Bauhinia Award.” Mr. Niu, who is devoted<br />
to charity, was elected one of “China’s Top 10 Philanthropists”<br />
by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China in 2007 and ranked third<br />
in the “2007 Hurun Top 10 Philanthropists.” In 2010, Mr. Niu<br />
was further awarded the “Lifetime Philanthropy Award” first and<br />
solely established by “China Charity Ranking.” He currently serves<br />
as deputy chairman of the Second China National Committee of<br />
International Dairy Federation (IDF). Mr. Niu graduated from Inner<br />
Mongolia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Administration<br />
and Management and obtained a Master’s degree in Enterprise<br />
Management at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Graduate<br />

KwAUK Teh Ming, walter, 58, is our independent<br />
non-executive director. Mr. Kwauk is currently a vice president of<br />
Motorola and its director of corporate strategic finance and tax,<br />
Asia Pacific. He joined Motorola in January 2003 after 25 years<br />
of professional services with KPMG in Vancouver, Hong Kong,<br />
Beijing and Shanghai. Between 1987 and 2002, Mr. Kwauk held<br />
a number of senior positions in KPMG, including general manager<br />
of KPMG’s joint accounting firm, managing partner in KPMG’s<br />
Shanghai office and partner in KPMG’s Hong Kong office.<br />
Mr. Kwauk is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified<br />
Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and<br />
a Licentiate’s degree in Accounting from University of British<br />
Columbia.<br />
TSUEI, Andrew Tien Yuan, 50, is our independent<br />
non-executive director and also an independent non-executive<br />
director of Taobao. He currently serves as chief executive officer<br />
of Silverlink International Ltd. Mr. Tsuei was formerly senior vice<br />
president of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. From 2001 to 2007, he was<br />
managing director of Wal-Mart’s global procurement division,<br />
where he established and oversaw the global procurement<br />
operations of Wal-Mart, which has a presence in more than 30<br />
countries. Mr. Tsuei has more than 20 years of management<br />
experience working across a wide range of industries, including<br />
procurement, manufacturing, store retailing and direct marketing.<br />
Throughout his career, Mr. Tsuei has held several executive<br />
positions, including chairman and chief executive officer of Mecox<br />
Lane International Mailorder Co. Ltd., one of China’s first direct<br />
marketing businesses with an online presence, and chief operating<br />
officer of China Everbright Holdings Ltd.<br />
KwAN Ming Sang, Savio, 62, is our independent non-executive<br />
director. Mr. Kwan was president and chief operating officer of<br />
<strong>Alibaba</strong> Group from 2001 to 2003 and served as chief people<br />
officer of <strong>Alibaba</strong> Group in 2004. He is currently a partner<br />
and chief executive officer of A&K Consulting Co., Limited, a<br />
company co-founded by him in 2005 focusing on helping small<br />
and medium enterprises and start-ups in China. Mr. Kwan has<br />
