REMARKS:<br />

Pneumatic:<br />

Leaks at nipple joints / blind fl<strong>an</strong>ges. Immediate reworks were carried out using SMAW<br />

<strong>an</strong>d Dye Penetration (NDT) at the weldment.<br />

Hydrostatic:<br />

The result was O.K <strong>an</strong>d successful. No indication of water leakage especially at the welding<br />

areas No plastic deformation occurred during <strong>an</strong>d after the test.<br />
