Use the Windows Services screen to stop all of the following <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Manager</strong> services:<br />

• <strong>Trend</strong> <strong>Micro</strong> Common CGI<br />
• <strong>Trend</strong> <strong>Micro</strong> <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Manager</strong><br />
• <strong>Trend</strong> <strong>Micro</strong> NTP<br />
Note<br />
These services run in the background on the Windows operating system, not the <strong>Trend</strong><br />
<strong>Micro</strong> services that require Activation Codes (for example, Outbreak Prevention Services).<br />

Procedure<br />
1. Click Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Services to open the<br />
Services screen.<br />
