Removing <strong>Trend</strong> <strong>Micro</strong> <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Manager</strong><br />
Stopping IIS and <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Manager</strong> Services from the Command<br />
Prompt<br />
Procedure<br />
• Run the following commands at the command prompt:<br />
net stop w3svc<br />
net stop tmcm<br />
Removing <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Manager</strong> IIS Settings<br />
Remove the Internet Information Services settings after stopping the <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Manager</strong><br />
services.<br />
Procedure<br />
1. From the <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Manager</strong> server, click Start > Run.<br />
The Run dialog box appears.<br />
2. Type the following in the Open field:<br />
%SystemRoot%\System32\Inetsrv\iis.msc<br />
3. On the left-hand menu, double-click the server name to expand the console tree.<br />
4. Double-click Default Web Site.<br />
5. Delete the following virtual directories:<br />
• <strong>Control</strong><strong>Manager</strong><br />
• TVCSDownload<br />
• crystalreportviewers12<br />
• TVCS<br />
• Jakarta<br />
