6. On IIS 6 only:<br />

a. Right-click the IIS website you set during the installation.<br />

b. Click Properties.<br />

7. Select the ISAPI Filters tab.<br />

8. Delete the following ISAPI filters:<br />

• TmcmRedirect<br />

• CCGIRedirect<br />

• ReverseProxy<br />

9. On IIS 6 only, delete the following web service extensions:<br />

• <strong>Trend</strong> <strong>Micro</strong> Common CGI Redirect Filter (If removing CCGI)<br />

• <strong>Trend</strong> <strong>Micro</strong> <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Manager</strong> CGI Extensions<br />

Removing Crystal Reports, PHP, FastCGI, TMI, and CCGI<br />

Removal of PHP, FastCGI, TMI and CCGI is optional. Use Add/Remove Programs to<br />

uninstall Crystal Reports, PHP, and FastCGI.<br />

Removing Crystal Reports<br />

Procedure<br />

1. On the <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Manager</strong> server, click Start > Settings > <strong>Control</strong> Panel > Add/<br />

Remove Programs.<br />

2. Scroll down to Crystal Reports Runtime Files, and then click Remove to remove<br />

the Crystal Reports related files automatically.
